The studio Apartment for Rent in Varazze that we present to you today is a delightfully welcoming solution, with adequate space and a sea view. It's called "Geometries" (ref. AF291).
We are located behind the Santa Caterina area, in a dominant position.
To get to the house we have to start from the seafront, near the post office, and travel 350 meters.
If you love walking with a view, you will notice that a few meters from the Apartment starts the path that leads to the summit of Mount Grosso, a place that houses the sanctuary of the Madonna della Guardia, as well as a panoramic point loved by both locals and tourists. From up there you can admire the entire gulf and, in the right season, experience the thrill of paragliding over the sea.
But now let's go back to our house, take the elevator and get to the third floor.
Upon entering we discover a renovated environment, composed of neutral, very relaxing colors.
From the hallway that welcomed us we pass, in front of us, to the kitchenette, well lit thanks to the French window overlooking the balcony.
This outdoor space, large and with partial sea view, is an excellent ally for spending happy hours in the shade of the tent and, why not, enjoying a nice lunch.
We return through the other French window, which allows us to access the living/sleeping area which is also bright, large and well distributed.
The environment is in fact organized as a living area in the part closest to the external space and also divided by a bookcase into the sleeping area, where we will find the double bed and the wardrobe.
A paddle fan on the ceiling cools the room.
The bathroom, also renovated, has its own French window and the design of the
